PEMA members are most welcome to join our fortnightly Touchstone calls - on Thursday mornings at 7.30am (Melbourne time) for 30minutes.

The purpose of the call is to support us all in being grounded and present to the quality of being that we are called to manifest in whatever arenas of action we are involved in.

The format of the call will include acknowledgement of country, a grounding practice, a sharing of what is alive for us, and an invitation to choose a quality / energy that you intend to manifest that day.
