Project Drawdown ( is a world class research organization that reviews, analyses, and maps out the most viable global climate solutions and shares these solutions with the world…and partners with communities, policy-makers, non-profits, businesses, investors, and philanthropists to deploy science-based, effective climate solutions -- as quickly, safely, and equitably as possible."  To date, Drawdown has identified, costed and ranked 100 currently available solutions to "reduce greenhouse gases by avoiding emissions or by sequestering carbon dioxide already in the atmosphere."
