About the event:

Pachamama Alliance's Reversing Global Warming: Introduction to Drawdown is an informal, in-person, inspiring educational experience that invites you to transform your relationship to global warming.

Through videos and group activities, you’ll learn about the latest research from Paul Hawken's Project Drawdown on how it is possible to actually reverse global warming.

We’ll talk briefly about the top 80 solutions identified to reduce atmospheric greenhouse gases and how they fit together to form a comprehensive plan to reverse global warming by 2050.

Bauman College is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that educates future leaders, thinkers, and creators in the holistic nutrition and culinary arts professions to support people in achieving optimal health and create a paradigm shift in the way our world thinks about food. Bauman College's goal is to change the way people consume food from convenience to conscious eating and is committed to spreading personal, community, and global wellness through increased awareness of the healing power of seasonal, organic, unprocessed, and local food - better for people, better for the environment.

Getting there:

There is no public parking lot. Street parking is free on the roads on either side of the campus (9th and 10th street). Parking along University Ave is metered until 6pm and free thereafter.

We will greet you at the main entrance of the building and guide you to the event room.
