This is the international covenant on civil and political rights   adopted, signed and ratified by nearly every country in the world in 1966.  These are important documents, imo and great foundational platforms.  A lot of the work we strive to do has already been started, wasn't really implemented, obscured..there are those that would always have us starting over, starting from scratch, not knowing the foundation was already laid.
