Pachamama Alliance Community Trainings
Community Days are trainings that integrate personal transformation and community organizing to develop systems and structures that support meaningful change. Local Community members collaborate with Pachamama Alliance staff to design these events, which last between half a day and two days to address the unique needs of the Community. Training components include multiple roles of leadership, deep listening, and collaboration.
You can read about previous Community Days and contact Jason Bayless (for Communities within the United States) or Maisa Arias (for Communities outside the United States) to explore the opportunity for your Community.
